(c) Cookies. The Site uses no cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which may set strictly-necessary cookies or use similar techniques solely to distinguish humans from bots.

We share information only with:
(a) Service providers acting under our instruction — hosting, email, and form-handling tooling needed to provide the Site and respond to you. Current providers: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, bot protection), Resend (transactional email delivery for form submissions), and Google (email). Each provider is bound by its own terms and applicable data-processing terms.
(b) Legal recipients when we are required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Multimodal Technologies, our clients, or others.
(c) Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, subject to customary confidentiality.
We do not transfer your information to other recipients beyond the above.
We operate from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry and to keep a record of business correspondence — typically 24 months from last contact, after which we delete or aggregate it. Server log information is retained per our hosting provider's standard log retention.
